Five star - really enjoyed it - quick - kept on target - felt like would have liked a little more time - maybe 1.5 hours instead of 1 since we went over. Great info. Taken classes before. Thanks. Terri Davis

I was unable to view the session b/c Microsoft Meeting would not load; never had a problem w/WebX I could listen to the session but it wasn't the same; Glenn is great guy; a little too dry for me plus VERY difficult to follow w/o seeing the visual. I hope the session will be available to view on line. vzl
