Overall our group thought it was informative and worthwhile. The "add-on" idea is one that most everyone is doing (post-its are on their phones). We will likely check out several of the books mentioned as well. We were wondering when we will receive the materials mentioned as we have not received anything yet. Thankyou!

I felt that Steve did a great job to outline the things we need to focus on and tools to use to be proactive in this market, and thus more productive. I am excited to share not only the details from this Webinar with my team, but also excited to take advantage of the outside resources (articles, DVDs and books).

As a veteran recruiter, much of the content was not new to me, but there were a couple of kernals that were not only new but valuable. In particular, i love "the basic add-on" script as well as the advice on obtaining more info on client stability. Steve literally wrote the book on tried and true practice for recruiting success. His text, "Breakthrough", was my 1st primer when I started 10 years ago. I have to agree that revisiting and polishing best practice is the best way to maintain business and cultivate good habits for the long haul. Steve always inspires me to better.

Our office enjoyed the webinar. Had recently reviewed the article "working a desk in turbulent times" The webinar had many good reminders and several new ideas that we have already began implementing! We would be interested in future webinars by Steve Finkel.

I thought the session with Steve Finkel was very timely and informative. I thought he had some great ideas for getting through these uncertain times.
