I think this was extremely useful to my company - there were 7 of us listening in on both sales and recruiting teams. Many of the techniques covered, we recruiters were doing but sort of an undeveloped version. I know that now we feel a sense of direction and took many points to heart and are turning over in our heads how we can use these ideas as our own. ALSO it greatly helped us drive home the ideas and concerns we've been expressing to our sales team as pointers and road blocks we often find. It helps so much to have an outside voice in the industry reinforce that we are on the right track - like a breath of fresh air, it often helps to have a third party give info and like magic - words we've become weary of restating are like NEW to them because of the different source. I know that we are meeting with the rest of our team as a whole in the next 2 weeks several times to refresh on this info and make it our own... all we can say for now is THANK YOU and great job. We were intruiged and are re-motivated.

The session was good. I thought it was more geared toward mining for referrals via references. I thought more time would be spent on cold calling technique. Not at all disappointed. It was all good info.

Being a recruiter with some tenur, I found this to be very exciting and insightful. Learning to adapt to doing business in very different market conditions from when I first started out. Excellent training for Junior through Senior recruiters. I would have liked to have more examples of email letters and scenarios. Only because it was so new in some areas that it is like starting over. Great seminar I would recommned highly!

I found the presentation very informative, motivational but most important it is applicable and useful. I feel there are things which I can apply to my business immediately. The presenter is clear in his message and it is very helpful to have the handouts, as taking notes is impossible at the speed the presenter needs to go.

There were some very good ideas that I picked up from Greg that we will incorporate in the training of new and existing account executives.

I like Greg's way of emailing to candidates, even if it is not suited to them it makes it so easy for them to forward it to a friend

There were some points that I will definitely use in my office and others that I would never implement.
